Pilot Offer Terms  & Conditions

1.  Provision of Services:

RiverMeadow will provide Services up to a maximum of one of the following:

-  Migration of up to 4 applications from the customer’s on premises environment to target cloud

2.  Offer Eligibility:

Customer will be required to provide written confirmation that the overall migration project plan exceeds 1000 virtual machines in order to qualify for Pilot Offer. Eligibility for the offer will be at the discretion of RiverMeadow and Intel.

3.  Statement of Work:

An Agreement based on a specified Statement of Work will be draw up upon acceptance of the Customer into the Pilot Offer. 

4.  Project Timeline:

RiverMeadow will conduct the Pilot free of charge in accordance with, and subject to the Statement of Work.

5.  Charges:

RiverMeadow will conduct the Pilot free of charge in accordance with, and subject to, an Agreement based on a specified Statement of Work to be defined upon acceptance of the Customer into the Pilot Program. Charges for the cloud target environment may apply and are at the discretion of the target cloud organisation.

6.  Information Collection & Use:

This is a fully funded offer by Intel & RiverMeadow. Any relevant information will be shared between the Customer. RiverMeadow and Intel in accordance with each company's respective Privacy Policy.
