Jim Jordan

President & CEO

Jim is an active board member and angel investor in RiverMeadow. He has extensive operational and financial experience in software, professional services, manufacturing, M&A and IPOs. Serving as executive to more than 20 companies over the past 15 years, Jim has successfully raised more than $600m in debt and equity and completed more than 30 acquisitions. With extensive international experience in Asia, Australia and LATAM, Jim has held senior executive positions including Airwide Solutions, Venture Advisors (founder), Glasshouse Technologies, EnerNoc, Verillon, BIT9, Savantis, CXO Systems, Ntru Cryposystems, ArsDigita and Cambridge Technology Partners.

Greg Dennis

Chief Technology Officer

Greg is a highly experienced Cloud migration expert with 20+ years of hands-on experience leading all stages of solution development efforts including requirements gathering, architecture, design, implementation, testing and support. He has outstanding leadership abilities and has held senior level positions at VMware, Toyota, Bell Canada, Scalar Decisions as well as built migration factories for companies like TD, Telus, Husky and Blackberry. Greg’s role is to set the technical direction for RiverMeadow as well as lead Product Management. Greg works closely with customers and partners to ensure they are enabled and on the path for success.

Rejo Mathew

Vice President of Cloud Migration Services

Rejo has a background of over 17 years of experience in Technology and Strategy consulting. Prior to Rivermeadow he handled multiple executive roles with IBM, PwC and Accenture with a focus on Journey to Cloud. He has set up multiple cloud migration factories that cover the spectrum of Discovery, Application Migration, Application Refactor / Remediation and Managed Services. He has experience in working with multiple industry verticals and geographies where he has led and delivered numerous successful global transformation programs. Rejo believes in enabling clients on their journey to cloud in a sensible, planned and cost effective path to repeatable success.

Tad Chance

Vice President of Channel Sales

Tad Chance brings over two decades of strategic leadership in the technology industry, with a focus on driving successful partnerships and sales initiatives. His journey includes pivotal roles at Cognizant, IBM, and NTT DATA, where he consistently delivered growth and fostered collaborative ecosystems. Tad’s passion lies in creating win-win scenarios for both clients and organizations, and his track record speaks volumes about his ability to navigate complex landscapes. As an integral part of the RiverMeadow executive team, Tad continues to shape the future of cloud migration and transformation.
