1. TOOLING:

Tooling Instantiation – RiverMeadow DR Platform, VMware Site Recovery Manager, Zerto or Azure Site Recovery
Tooling Selection based on target cloud(s), use case and strategic intent

2. PRE-EXECUTION:

Review DR Policy / Access and Licensing

Obtain LLD and HLD of solution design

Acquire required access / Obtain required licensing

Review list of candidates

Input into Failover Planning

3. EXECUTION:

Install and configure DR solution infrastructure (application servers and database servers as required)
Install agents on servers (if required)
Implement defined policies based on RPO and RTO requirements.
Execute Test Failover / Execute Infrastructure Failover / Execute Failback
Recommendations on improvement
Hand over to DR ops team
