The role

Your impact at RiverMeadow

You will run migrations using established playbooks, work under the guidance of a Senior Migration Delivery Lead, and build toward increasingly complex discovery, troubleshooting and cutover responsibilities.

What you’ll do

Execute workload migrations following established runbooks and delivery playbooks.
Perform source discovery, prepare targets and validate migrated workloads.
Monitor migration jobs, triage failures and escalate blockers to your Delivery Lead.
Document delivery steps, results and lessons learned for each engagement.
Support cutover events, including scheduled after-hours windows where required.
Collaborate with Support and the PMO to keep engagements moving.

What you bring

2–5 years in IT, systems administration or cloud infrastructure.
Working knowledge of Linux and/or Windows Server administration, and exposure to virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
Foundational understanding of at least one major cloud (AWS, Azure or GCP).
Basic networking (VPNs, routing, firewalls) and storage concepts.
A methodical, detail-oriented approach and strong troubleshooting instincts.
Good written communication for clear delivery documentation.
Willingness to work flexible hours around migration and cutover events.

Additional experience

Exposure to migration or backup/DR tooling.
Scripting basics (PowerShell, Python or Bash).
Any cloud associate-level certification.
Customer-facing or managed service provider (MSP) experience.
